1. A student of educational institutions of secondary and higher education of all forms of education can become a participant in the competition.
2. The age of participants is not limited.
3. A participant in the competition can be an individual applicant or a group of authors.
4. The form of participation in the competition is absentee.
5. The competition is held in three categories: thesis, coursework, and abstract work.

PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION IS ALLOWED FOR WORKS COMPLETED BY THE AUTHORS BEFORE 2016, I.E. FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD OF TRAINING!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?
1. Select the nomination in which you would like to take part.
2. Download and fill out the application to participate in the competition.
3. Prepare your own work according to the requirements of the competition.
4. Pay the registration fee – 250 rubles. (The registration fee is paid for each work submitted to the competition. If the work has two or more authors, the registration fee is paid once. Payment of the registration fee is carried out with a bank card, or using a receipt at a branch of any bank).
5. Form an email marked “Competition”, in the body of the letter indicate the name of the nomination and the name of the competitor.
Attach to the letter:
1) a completed application for participation in the competition;
2) archive with the competition work, saved in .zip, .rar
3) a scanned copy (photo) of the payment document. If payment is made according to the form provided on the website (by bank card, or through Yandex.Money), then no documents are required to be sent.

- The “Description of work” section should be no more than 10 typewritten pages, the application is not limited. The text must be formatted in Word, printed in Times New Roman font size 14, with one and a half spacing.
Procedure for holding the competition
The rules for the participation of participants in the competition include a report, demonstration of the results of observations (experiments, design, creativity), participants’ answers to questions from the jury and does not generally exceed 7 minutes (regardless of the number of participants performing the work).
The competition presents works done independently and individually, or by a team of authors of no more than 2 people. When defending a collective work, each of the authors speaks and presents their own contribution to the research.

REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETITION ENTRY
- On the title page, indicate the surname, first name and patronymic of the author (authors) in full, title of the work, type of work, name of the educational institution, address and telephone number of the educational institution, address and telephone numbers of the author, e-mail.
- Texts are formatted in the Word editor (doc, rtf): sheet size - A4, margins - 20 mm on all sides, font size - 14 points, distance between lines - 1.5 spacing, graphic materials are inserted into the text.
- Requirements for photographs: size - 4 cm wide, 5 cm high; resolution - 300 dpi. Please send images scanned at the specified resolution from a printed photograph. Please note that photographs taken with a digital camera are usually low resolution.
- All competition materials are submitted electronically in Russian by email. Files must be sent in archived form (archivers - rar or zip).
- Works submitted to the competition will not be returned or reviewed. The organizing committee of the competition respects copyrights - does not publish works in whole or in part, and does not use materials for personal or commercial purposes. The authors of works submitted to the competition can be sure that their own copyrights are observed.

A separate letter is generated for each competitive entry. Materials with unreadable payment documents will not be considered. Email address for sending competition materials:
When sending an email within 24 hours, the participant receives a notification that the Organizing Committee has received the letter. If you have not received a notification, you should send the competition materials again. Before doing this, make sure that the response does not end up in the Spam folder in your mailbox. The organizing committee of the competition does not enter into correspondence with participants, but contacts them only if necessary (for example, some information or files are missing, the archive with the work cannot be opened, etc.).
Due to the unsatisfactory performance of the Russian Post in sending award documents, certificates are issued to all participants only in electronic form. Diplomas to the winners and laureates of the competition, as well as their scientific supervisors, are sent on paper using Russian Post.
