- -Where can I find someone normal?
“Nowhere,” answered the Cat, “there are no normal people.” After all, everyone is so different and dissimilar. And this, in my opinion, is normal. - - What are those sounds over there? - Alice asked, nodding at the very secluded thickets of some pretty vegetation at the edge of the garden.
“And these are miracles,” he explained indifferently. Cheshire Cat.
- And.. And what are they doing there? – the girl asked, inevitably blushing.
“As it should be,” the cat yawned. - They happen... - If this were so, it would be nothing. If, of course, it were so. But since this is not so, it is not so. This is the logic of things.

-Where do you want to go? - answered the Cat.
“I don’t care...” said Alice.
“Then it doesn’t matter where you go,” said the Cat. - The plan, needless to say, was excellent: simple and clear, it couldn’t have been better. It had only one drawback: it was completely unknown how to carry it out.
- If everything in the world is meaningless, - said Alice, - what prevents you from inventing some meaning?

"Alice's Adventures in Wonderland"(English Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, often used as a shortened version "Alice in Wonderland") - a fairy tale written by the English mathematician, poet and writer Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll and published in 1865.
It tells the story of a girl named Alice who falls through a rabbit hole into an imaginary world inhabited by strange creatures.
The fairy tale is popular among both children and adults. The book is considered one of the best examples of literature in the absurd genre; it uses numerous mathematical, linguistic and philosophical jokes and allusions.
"Alice in the Wonderland" is a plot continuation of the work.

If everything in the world is meaningless, - said Alice, - what prevents you from inventing some meaning?
What should I start with...?
We are all slaves to our habits, not even like that, we are programmed. We ourselves set certain algorithms of behavior, or we receive them from the outside, succumbing to the influence of other people’s programs, and in the future we sometimes stupidly follow the program despite the changed circumstances...
Unfortunately, this harmful property of the body manifests itself in a variety of areas of activity.
For example, money, have you ever noticed how difficult it is for you to cut expenses? Let’s say you received $300 a month (figures taken out of thin air), with this money you paid utility bills, internet, bought food and, based on the remaining funds, rested. And in some way you started to earn more, for example $600. What will costs immediately increase? I'm almost sure that you will answer - entertainment, no at first, of course you will buy new clothes, cosmetics, a rug for your favorite mouse, a dog collar, etc., but in the end the remaining funds will go towards some way to entertain your mortal body =)
And suddenly, for some reason your income drops to $450, what should you do? A reasonable option is to reduce expenses on entertainment and try to choose cheaper food products. What are we doing? But nothing, that is. I personally can’t quickly cut costs, I used to it
that it is affordable and ordinary, and I don’t want to transfer anything into the category of luxury! As a result, when things really get tough, you have to cut all expenses, this naturally entails some kind of stressful crap, although you could get by with “cognac instead of Jack Daniels” and endure all the above events less painfully.
And if you consider that we live in a period of constant rising prices, and money is constantly becoming cheaper, even if its quantity does not change, then it becomes quite sad.
But the thoughts that beer used to taste better, the girls were more beautiful, and the computer with the computing power of my (rather ancient) smartphone occupied 2-3 rooms, will be left to older people and USSR fanatics. Our business is young, so we want to understand the processes. What kind of invisible force is this that makes me, like Photoshop, act according to a once written “script”.
As far as I understand, adaptation algorithms play a role here: “If the structure of the system ensures its normal functioning in given environmental conditions, then such a system should be considered adapted to these conditions. At this stage, a dynamic equilibrium is established, in which a change in physiological indicators occurs within normal limits. " (c) http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adaptation_(biology), further from the same place: "At the same time, according to Yu. Malov, health or normality is a relatively stable state, but it cannot be maintained for throughout life, because in nature there are no individuals absolutely adapted to a given environment. A long stay in the same conditions will sooner or later lead to the development of some kind of disease, which is a mechanism for the elimination of the individual "i.e. I repeat in my own words: if you have reached optimal living conditions and they do not change for a long enough time, then the body starts a self-destruction mechanism. You are not improving and are useless for evolution, which means there is no point in wasting resources on maintaining your life. (who should spend it and why is this a separate question and I don’t want to talk about it, Google to help...)
All of the above is quite logical and functional, but what prevents us from as easily abandoning ineffective actions in the same way as nature does from ineffective individuals? Moreover, we deliberately fill our heads with programs that no longer work (traditions, signs, etc.) at a time when we need to work hard on ourselves in order to somehow correspond to the times.
I see almost no reason why one cannot give up unnecessary habits and traditions, and those that exist are purely psychological in nature, requiring an insane level of self-control and a special attitude towards life and the events in it.
And the most difficult and unpleasant thing is to explain to close people who were brought up according to certain beliefs that weddings are a set of meaningless rituals, that taking out the garbage at night is dangerous only if you run into the company of a drunken redneck (well, what does the garbage have to do with it? ?) and so on. And it’s even more difficult to explain to yourself the meaninglessness of your own actions...
But it doesn’t work out, some event always happens that prevents you from doing your main activity, and the event is necessarily “well, very important” and such an event occurs every week... . It’s distracting, sad as it may be, everything that we are used to considering good, holidays, relatives, a loved one, friends, you can’t refuse these people (if you refuse often, they cease to be close, no matter how you look at it) and what to do, sweep away everything “unnecessary” ? So you won’t be alone for long, and then you’ll get bored, and then everything will start all over again... A dead-end option. Or “increase capacity” by increasing at least the number of actions (useful), if possible, performing useless, but so important for the environment little things. And in this turmoil try not to wash away stress with rivers of C2H5OH, i.e. its solutions =)
. “You have to run as fast as you can just to stay in place, and to get somewhere you have to run at least twice as fast!” (c) Lewis Carroll. And he's damn right!!!
I know that the conversation is not over here, and the problem is not resolved, so I would like to hear your opinions on the above reasoning. Good luck in this crazy race called life =)
