- Soy sauce 5 tbsp. l
- Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. l

- Red hot pepper 1 pc. (small)
- Bunch of green onions
- Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp. l
- Garlic 5 cloves
Preparation:
Wash the eggplants, do not peel the outer skin. Cut into cubes and place in salted water for 20 minutes. Wring it out well

Preparation:
