When the applicant takes the documents to the university where he plans to enroll, he only needs to indicate his Unified State Exam scores. In turn, the educational institution is obliged to check this data in the federal information system.
If you are drafted into the army
If a graduate was drafted into the army for service in the year he received the Unified State Examination certificate, then its validity is extended by one year after the end of service. During the training period itself, several deferments are provided for young people subject to conscription.
Multiple certificates
If it so happens that a graduate has two valid Unified State Exam certificates, then upon admission to the university he himself chooses which one to provide. This situation may arise if, having failed to enroll this year, the applicant next year tried to improve his Unified State Exam score by retaking one or more subjects.
After the exam itself has already been written, future graduates, of course, cannot wait to find out their result. After all, their further education depends on the number of points scored! There are several ways to obtain exam results:
1. Directly at your educational institution or where you registered for the Unified State Exam. The maximum period for checking the examination work is 12 days from the date of writing. But most often, the results are announced several days earlier. Many schools set a special day for the student to come to school to receive their results.
Attention! Enter your passport and other data only on official websites, otherwise there is a high possibility that they will be used by scammers!
2. On www.ege.edu.ru - this is the address of the official website of the Unified State Exam. This method has several clear advantages. Firstly, you don’t have to go anywhere to get results; you only need the Internet and passport data. And secondly, on the site you will not only find out the exact number of points in all disciplines, but you will also be able to see in which tasks you made a mistake, as well as exactly how many points you were deducted for each of them.
3. On the regional website. If the results have not yet appeared on the main Unified State Exam website, there is a chance to find them on the official website of your region.
You can find out the exam results completely free of charge. If you are asked to pay any amount for this service, beware, it is a scam!
Unified State Exam results can be found at the educational institution or on the website ege.edu.ru
Where can I get a certificate of Unified State Examination results and how to get a duplicate?
Unified State Examination participants who successfully pass the exams are given a document containing all the results. The certificate can be obtained:
- if you are a graduate of the current year, then in your educational institution;
- For other participants, the certificate can be collected from local education authorities.
The following have the right to receive the document:
- the exam participant himself, upon presentation of an identification document, such as a passport;
- parents of minor graduates upon presentation of the same document;
- a representative of the Unified State Exam participant, who must have a power of attorney and an identification document with him.
The validity period of the certificate is 4 years. Copies of the certificate can be made, but they must be certified by a notary. In addition, such a need rarely arises, because when entering a university, the certificate does not need to be submitted along with other documents; it is enough to simply indicate the number of points scored to the admissions committee.
Attention! The certificate does not indicate exams for which the participant did not achieve the minimum number of points.
What to do if the certificate is lost or damaged? In this case, you must submit an application to the place where you were issued this document. If you have lost your certificate, you must indicate the circumstances of the loss in your application. If it is damaged, then the statement includes a description of the damage and the circumstances under which it was received. Also, do not forget to attach the damaged certificate to your application. A duplicate of the document is issued no later than seven days after submitting the application.
Unified State Examination scores - what result is considered good?
Whether the examinee received a good score depends on where he plans to enroll, because each university has its own passing scores for different faculties. For example, a person applying to become a doctor will have to try and score much more points than, say, someone planning to study to become an agronomist.
You can always find out the number of points required for admission on the official website of the chosen educational institution. But keep in mind that each subject has its own minimum score that must be achieved for admission to universities. If a graduate receives fewer points than this threshold value, then he cannot study at a bachelor’s degree. You can find out the latest information about the minimum score on the Unified State Exam website.
Hundreds of thousands of eleventh graders take the Unified State Exam every year. And it is not surprising that during preparation they constantly have more and more new questions about this difficult test.
