5. Reflection.

Our journey on the Time Machine is coming to an end. At parting, each participant in the trip says his wish to the whole group and draws a heart on whatman paper, where he leaves his wishes and writes his attitude towards the seminar.

academic knowledge in academic subjects, but it is equally important to be able to adapt to modern society. Successful adaptation in society is determined by social or interpersonal intelligence as the ability to understand others and get along with them. One of the indicators of high social intelligence is leadership talent.
Leadership, or social, talent is, first of all, organizational skills, as well as the possession of some value important to society and the exceptional ability to establish constructive relationships with others, both with peers and with older people. It also lies in the ability to see and use the individual characteristics of another person, his personal and intellectual resources.
How does a leader build his relationships with other people? A true leader thinks about other people and takes into account their interests. This is a decent person who does not prevaricate, because wearing a mask of responsiveness will not last long; the true face of a person will still manifest itself in his actions, in relation to his comrades.
And so, as you see, at first glance, the leader is a simple person, just like everyone else. But when communicating with him, you feel a strong, life-giving energy that attracts, helps you believe and make your most incredible dreams come true. The business game “TSM - School of Success” was held at the school in the village of Sadovy. The leaders were offered various business situations where they had to choose their answer. As a result of the game, the guys learned their leadership qualities and abilities. “Leadership fun starts” also took place.
