What applies to detergents for dhows. Disinfection in children's institutions
Disinfection in children's institutions- Carrying out the correct sanitary and anti-epidemic regime in children's institutions is important, since the infection can be introduced by a child with an unknown diagnosis, who fell ill directly in the children's institution, or a carrier, as well as staff and visitors.
If there are no infectious patients in nurseries and kindergartens, preventive disinfection is carried out in them, and if an infectious patient is identified, first (before hospitalization) the current one, and after hospitalization - the final disinfection.
In order to prevent the introduction of infection into a children's institution and its dispersal, it is necessary to assign a medical worker responsible for the sanitary and anti-epidemic regime. In the rooms (boxes) where incoming children are examined, after the end of the reception, wet cleaning with ventilation should be carried out. Areas of the floor contaminated with secretions are filled with a 3% chloramine solution.
Medical instruments and care items used when examining incoming children must be thoroughly mechanically cleaned, followed by disinfection by boiling or immersion in a disinfectant solution.
In case, when examining children, a child with unstable stool is revealed, you need to have a chamber pot, oilcloths, disinfectant solutions (0.5% chloramine solution or 0.25% DTS HA) and a tank for soaking diapers, oilcloths, bedding contaminated with secretions. Premises, furniture and other equipment are subjected to wet treatment 2 times a day using warm water, soap and sodium carbonate. Rags and brushes, marked by group and used for cleaning, are disinfected by boiling or 1% bleach solution, 0.5% DTS HA solution or 0.5% chloramine solution.
Dishes (dinnerware and tea) should be separate for each group. It must be disinfected by boiling after each meal. If it is not possible to boil the dishes, they must be washed 3 times. hot water using degreasers (mustard, sodium bicarbonate), then pour boiling water over it.
Chamber pots with lids must be individual; they must be stored in numbered compartments. Feces during current and final disinfection, as well as pots after they are emptied, must be disinfected with chlorine solutions or filled with hot water (98°C). Activities for ongoing disinfection in quarantine groups and isolation wards of children's institutions are carried out in the same way as in infectious diseases hospitals.
If a patient with microsporia, trichophytosis, favus (or suspected of these diseases) is detected in children's institutions, he is immediately isolated. Before transferring the patient from child care facility(to hospital, home) ongoing disinfection is carried out in the isolation ward. After the evacuation of a patient (or someone suspected of this disease) in a group, isolation ward, boarding school, or pioneer camp, final disinfection is carried out. At the school, final disinfection is carried out as directed by the epidemiologist.
If repeated cases of these diseases appear in children's institutions, repeated final disinfection is carried out as directed by the epidemiologist. Before the final disinfection, all children in the group where the patient was are examined, washed and their bed linen changed. All linen in this group is washed separately from linen in other groups.
If there are fungal infections in a children's group, it is prohibited to transfer children from one group to another or to another children's institution. During the entire quarantine period (the duration of which is determined on site by a dermatologist), children and group (class, detachment) personnel are examined daily by medical workers with the participation or consultation of a dermatologist. Typically, quarantine is lifted 4 to 6 weeks after the last case of illness.
In children's institutions, shower rooms for clothes and linen should have hangers with sufficient spacing between hooks so that things do not come into contact with each other.
It is prohibited to keep cats and dogs in preschool institutions, schools and pioneer camps. Guard dogs are kept on a leash and in conditions that prevent children from coming into contact with them.
When inspecting children's institutions, it is necessary to pay attention to the correct storage and preparation of disinfectants, the strict assignment to groups of dishes, toys, cleaning equipment (separate for rooms and toilets), pots, as well as the quality of washing dishes, oilcloths from dining tables, washcloths, rags, brushes for washing dishes and wiping tables.
