Wash the bell pepper (it’s better to use a red one to contrast the salad) and chop into strips.
Assembling the dish is very simple: mix mussels, squid, bell peppers and pickled onions in a deep plate, add salt to taste, mix everything carefully and season with olive oil (replace with vegetable oil if necessary). 5. Mix vegetables and seafood. Add finely chopped washed greens and mayonnaise to them. Mix thoroughly.
6. Draw a mesh of mayonnaise on a plate and carefully place the shrimp salad on top. Garnish the plate with herb leaves and lemon slices.

- if you want to make seafood more piquant, then fry peeled and boiled products in a mixture of spices and 10 ml of dry white wine;
- In the saucepan with the shrimp you can add sprigs of dill or its seeds, which are available in every housewife, then they will become much more fragrant;
- mayonnaise can be replaced with a thick, creamy sauce such as tartar, or a flavored oil made from olive oil, spices and dried herbs.
