Composition based on Plastov's painting “In the Summer. Composition based on the painting by A.
Arkady Plastov is considered the most picturesque artist who perfectly portrayed nature. Many of his paintings show the beauty of his homeland, which is why Russian villages and fields are especially delightful in the portrayal of this master of painting. Arkady Alexandrovich chose uncomplicated plots for his canvases, which called for love and admiration for everything that is nearby, that beyond the routine and a certain simplicity, we do not notice.
But all this: fields, forests, lakes, and rivers have a special charm and incredible and amazing beauty that enchants and bewitches. The artist Arkady Plastov tried to stop for a moment in his paintings and look around to see that even the most ordinary summer day can be beautiful and delightful.
One of the paintings by Arkady Plastov is dedicated to a hot and sultry summer day, when usually people in cities prefer to stay in cool rooms. But in the countryside, such a time is the best time for picking berries, which can be dried and made into jam for the winter. Summer has always been considered the most generous time when berries and mushrooms ripen, for which you should go to the forest and work a little to collect them.
Arkady Aleksandrovich decided to capture such a wonderful moment of picking berries and mushrooms in his magnificent canvas. The central place in the picture is occupied by people who went out to pick mushrooms and berries in the early morning, but then it was noon and they found a small clearing where several birches grew to rest a little under them. It can be seen that people are very tired of wandering through the forest, collecting forest generous gifts. Therefore, as soon as they sat down, had a little lunch, the grandmother immediately fell asleep. She lies in the clearing next to her granddaughter.
The grandmother is wearing a blue long skirt and the same, dark blue blouse, but it is with long sleeves. Most likely, a long-sleeved jacket is needed so that there is protection from the scorching rays of the sun, and from branches that can scratch hands, and from midges, which are usually always abundant in the forest, where on even the hottest day there is always a lot in the forest dark and cool thicket. The long sleeves of the older woman's blouse are buttoned up with a small button. A dark shawl is neatly tied on the grandmother's head.
While the grandmother sleeps, her granddaughter sits quietly next to her and picks berries in a small blue mug. The girl is wearing a long, light, light dress, which, like the old woman, has long sleeves. The granddaughter is happy with how the walk in the forest went, although she was also a little tired, but they picked a lot of berries and mushrooms. A red scarf is neatly tied on the girl's head. But in the picture of Arkady Plastov there is another hero - this is a dog, a loyal companion and protector of the girl, who always protects her.
So today he also followed his mistress, and the faithful dog also walked through the forest all day, trying to protect her from any danger. But even now the red mongrel dog lies calmly and rests. The eyes of the dog are open, and she carefully observes how grasshoppers are jumping and jumping in the tall and lush grass. The color of the grass is emerald, it seems as if it is a soft carpet on which it is so comfortable to rest. The shade of the birch trees, which stand separately, falls on the soft and calm grass. The green and rich foliage bent low over the mushroom pickers, blocking them from the hot sunlight.
Two large baskets with many mushrooms are standing next to the people. All mushrooms are large, but different. In a wide basket, porcini mushrooms are collected, and in a small black basket, the mushroom pickers put all the other mushrooms. Berries are collected in a large earthen jug, which are then warmed in a warm season, when the granddaughter and grandmother will drink tea with delicious jam. The jug with the image has a curved and round handle. It is inconvenient to carry such a jug, but you can put a lot of berries in it.
In the background there is a dense and green forest. The author of the picture depicted him in the distance and not very clearly, to show how big he is and that in his thickets it can be very scary. For the image, Arkady Aleksandrovich uses a light color scheme, and only only the forest in the distance does he introduce dark shades of colors to show that it is very different from the rest of the welcoming landscape. The picturesque and beautiful landscape of Plastov pleases and inspires, too, to go to the forest, pick berries and mushrooms.
The painting by Arkady Plastov depicts a hot summer season, which always gives a wonderful and good mood. The artist perfectly and quite fully depicted the beauty of Russian nature. Unfortunately, a person does not always notice what is around him, although the Russian land is always beautiful and generous, allowing him to enjoy every day. A person only needs to see all this, at least through the eyes of an artist who was able to convey everything so successfully, even joy and tranquility.
We very rarely see the beauty of the world around us, not paying attention to the views we are used to, but thanks to talented artists such as Plastov and Plastov's painting in Summer, which we meet in grade 5, you understand, beauty is everywhere. She can be seen even in moments of hard work.
Composition based on the painting of Plastov in the Summer
Today we were asked to write based on Plastov's painting in Summer, where the artist depicted not only the splendor of nature, but also the life of people who are busy with business. Description of Plastov's painting It is not difficult to do in the summer, especially since in front of me is a reproduction of this painting.
Description of the painting by Plastov
An essay based on Plastov's painting In the summer, I'll start with a description of the main characters of the picture and this is a girl with her mother, and possibly her grandmother. They sat down at the edge of the forest under two birches. Most likely, they hid under the birches from the scorching summer sun. The girl is dressed in a dress and a red scarf on her head. The woman is wearing a blue dress. She lay down on the grass to get some rest, and maybe take a nap. After all, after all, she and the girl worked wonderfully well, and this is confirmed by a large basket and a bucket filled with mushrooms. There is a porcini mushroom and other varieties of mushrooms. That will be what to salt for the winter and what to dry, and then prepare mushroom soups. Have you ever tried dried mushroom soup? You will never forget this aroma, and the taste is generally difficult to describe.
Further in the description of Plastov's painting In the summer I will describe a dog that, together with a girl and a woman, also ran into the forest and accompanied them. She played the role of a watchman, after all, after all, danger can await in the forest. However, everything worked out, and the dog itself, apparently, ran over and also wants to rest, curling up at the girl's feet. By the way, our myceliums collected not only mushrooms, they also collected berries. And now in our essay on the picture of Plastov In the summer of grade 5, the girl just picks the berries, putting them in a mug.
Plastov. In summer, especially in the second half of it, there are a lot of mushrooms and berries. These gifts of the forest, but not only them, were displayed by the artist on his canvas. Art lovers will be able to learn more about the painting "In Summer", about the author's work, his biography right now.
Biography
Arkady Alexandrovich Plastov was born in 1893, on January 19, in the village of Prislonikha. Now it is the territory of the Ulyanovsk region. His ancestors were peasants. The boy got an artistic gift from his grandfather, he was an icon painter.
Arkady received his primary three-year education at a rural school, and then continued his studies at the Simbirsk Theological School and Theological Seminary. The young man received his art education from 1912 to 1914 at the Imperial Stroganov Central School of Industrial Art. Then Plastov the artist also became a sculptor, graduating from the corresponding department.
In 1917 he returned to Prislonikha, where he painted mainly from life.
Creativity: the beginning of the path
Plastov is an artist who depicted on his canvases the life and life of post-revolutionary rural residents. No wonder he is called "the singer of the Soviet peasantry."
Some of the first significant paintings by Arkady Alexandrovich are: "Bathing Horses", "Collective Farm Holiday". The artist painted them in 1937. The first was specially for the exhibition, which was timed to coincide with the twentieth anniversary of the Red Army (Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army). The second canvas was created for an exhibition called "The Industry of Socialism". Below is a brief description of Plastov's painting.
In the summer, in the open air, in the open air, celebrating the holidays with a large team is a pleasure. This picture shows the tables on which there are samovars, there are treats grown, hand-made, livestock products.
Above, above the podium, is a portrait of the head of state of that time - I. V. Stalin. People are festively dressed, here are children, adults and old people. You can familiarize yourself with this work of the artist by looking at the photo. It is warm in summer, so such holidays were held right in the open air.
In 1938 Plastov painted the picture "The Collective Farm Herd". On it, an elderly shepherd grazes cows.
War and post-war period of creativity
The times of the Great Patriotic War were also reflected by the artist in his work, having painted in 1942 the painting "The Fascist Has Arrived". In 1945 he creates the works "Haymaking", "Harvest". They reflect the heroic work of the elderly, children and women who worked in the collective farm fields. The young woman from the painting "Spring" was nicknamed "the northern Venus", the artist so beautifully conveyed the beauty of the female body on the canvas.
In 1952 Plastov created a canvas called "Spring". Look at the picturesque creation shown in the photo. In summer, you can walk in the village in a light dress, barefoot, like the heroine in the picture. The artist was able to convey the movement of water, the concentration of the girl filling the buckets. In the background, a light breeze barely sways the leaves of the bush. All this is clearly visible on the canvas.
Arkady Aleksandrovich also acted as an illustrator for the works of A.S. Pushkin, N.A.Nekrasov, A.P. Chekhov, L.N. Tolstoy.
Description of the painting by Plastov "Summer"
This picture belongs to the post-war works of the artist. He painted the picture in 1952. It depicts a woman and a girl who collected forest gifts, are tired and are now resting.
The action takes place in the summer, the picture clearly conveys this. On the birch trees, the leaves are green, the grass is the same color. Bells and other flowers adorn the grass carpet, adding vibrant colors.
The woman and the girl left the house early in the morning, since at this time there is still no heat and it is more likely to find forest gifts by coming to them first. Until noon they wandered through the forest, and their efforts were rewarded. Mother and daughter gathered a whole basket of snow-white mushrooms and a second, slightly smaller, strong boletus.
Mushrooms and berries
In those days, mushrooms were a great help for the family. Therefore, when there was time, the peasants did not miss the opportunity to go into the forest for prey. The milk mushrooms were soaked and then salted in large wooden barrels. They did the same with white (boletus) or dried them, and in winter they cooked a fragrant soup.
But it was not only the locals who gathered mushrooms in the summer, the picture shows that berries were also the coveted prey of the “quiet hunt”. Previously, raspberries were not grown in vegetable gardens and orchards, but went to the forest for it. They made jam from it, dried it, feasted on it in winter or gave it to the sick to cure a cold. The hunters have collected a whole jug of red berries, and the girl, even at a halt, picks the fragrant gifts of the forest from the branches.
Description of the main characters of the picture
During these years, the peasants had almost no cash, so they often had nothing to buy shoes. In winter, people saved up or rolled their own shoes from sheep's wool. In the summer, they mostly went barefoot, only they wore shoes to church.
Here is the girl sitting barefoot. They didn't go around with their heads uncovered either, it was indecent. In addition, scarves in the summer saved well from the heat. Therefore, both the woman and the girl have kerchiefs on their heads.
The woman, tired from the long walk, fell asleep with her hand under her head. The artist found the girl at work - she was picking berries from a branch. Description of Plastov's painting "In Summer" goes on to the story of the place of the halt.
Mother and daughter left the forest, found a comfortable clearing and made a halt under two birch trees. Trees save well from the heat, covering travelers with their branches, which provide coolness. Right there in the shade, people put baskets of mushrooms, an earthen jug with berries, otherwise the heat could spoil the forest gifts.
A dog is resting next to the girl. She serves as protection for travelers. If they had lost their way, the faithful dog would have easily found her. That he is loyal to his masters is evident. After all, the dog lay at the feet of the young mistress and does not leave her anywhere. This is how A. A. Plastov painted. Summer is good not only for people, but also for pets and dogs. There is an opportunity to run freely in the open, to catch small prey in the form of an animal or a bird. There is still a way back, so the animal and people are resting for now.
This is the picture painted by A. A. Plastov. In summer, the gentle sun pleases, there are berries, mushrooms, all this was reflected by the artist in his work.
Summer brings not only warmth and sunshine, but also full baskets of mushrooms and ripe berries. These are all fruits of the generosity of summer nature. Artistic description of Plastov's painting "Summer".
Composition based on Plastov's painting "Summer" - grade 5
Option 1
Before us is a painting by the remarkable Russian artist Arkady Alexandrovich Plastov - "In Summer". Summer is a wonderful time, which gives us not only good sunny weather, but also whole baskets of berries, fruits, mushrooms!
What do we see in this picture? On the canvas, the artist depicted two mushroom pickers: a woman and a girl, resting in a birch grove. The emerald grass serves as a soft carpet for them. A glade is depicted nearby, and you can see that the scorching rays warm the ground well. Two birches bent over the travelers, as if they want to protect mushroom pickers from the sultry sun.
The woman and the girl are very tired, as we see that next to them are two full baskets of mushrooms. The woman fell asleep in the birch coolness, folding her weary hands. At the girl's feet is a full cup of drink, she just poured it from a large earthenware jug standing in the grass.
She sadly recalls how joyful it was to find the red and white caps of mushrooms, now merrily looking out of the baskets! After all, not a single cunning mushroom could hide from her! Found everyone! And how glad my mother was to be such an assistant! Salted and dried - oh, and the mushrooms will be delicious, although they got it with such difficulty.
That will be something to remember in winter! And now how nice it is to rest in the shade of birches after such hard work! The girl's thoughts were interrupted by someone's puffing. Next to her is a faithful four-legged friend - a dog. Apparently, she was also very tired, as she was a faithful companion to mushroom pickers, accompanying them from home.
Curled up in a ball, the dog is probably thinking about the way back home. After all, you will not have to go light, but with full baskets of generous summer gifts!
Option 2
In the Russian language lesson, the teacher introduced us to the amazingly beautiful painting by Plastov "Summer".
In the foreground of the painting, the artist depicted a girl in a white dress, a red scarf and berry beads. A dog lies next to her. The girl separates the berries from the twigs and leaves and puts them in a mug.
And in the background of the picture, we see a resting grandmother in a blue dress and a scarf. She was probably tired of picking berries and mushrooms, so she lay down in the shade. Behind the people, grass and flowers illuminated by the bright sun, slender birches and an old stump. Behind this sunny glade there is a dense dark forest. In the sun, the grass is light green in color, and the flowers are multi-colored: yellow, pink, purple.
After looking at the painting for a long time, it was as if the summer heat, the spicy smell of herbs and the sweet smell of strawberries breathed upon me.
Next to the people, in the shade, there is a basket of mushrooms and a jug of juicy ripe berries. I liked Plastov's painting, because the artist depicted the beauty of our land. Sometimes we do not notice what kind of beauty surrounds us, paintings by artists help to see it, fall in love, learn to take care of nature.
Option 3
Layers is an incredibly talented artist, most of his paintings are masterpieces. One of these is the painting "Summer".
The painting depicts a woman and a girl, probably a mother and daughter. They went mushroom picking all day and were very tired.
Sitting down to rest, my mother decided to take a nap and fell asleep, following her example, went to bed and their dog. But the girl does not give in to fatigue - she patiently sits and picks delicious berries. Yes, today they did a good job and gathered two full baskets of mushrooms, for sure, there are aspen mushrooms, and honey agarics, and boletus, and many other species.
Collecting mushrooms is not an easy task, because they mostly hide under stumps, under leaves and under bushes. To collect this amount of mushrooms, you need to get up early and go to the forest.
At first glance, you can see that the season is summer. After all, the girl and her mother are wearing a light chintz dress. Mom's is sky blue, and the girl's is snow-white. Headscarves on both heads. After all, in the summer the sun is hot and in order not to get a sunstroke, you need a headdress.
The girl is sitting with bare feet, oh, how nice it is to run barefoot on the warm grass! The artist paid special attention to nature, he depicted it in all its glory.
A fluffy green grass carpet spread wide and wide. Also, incredible fragrant blue and purple flowers grow everywhere, probably cornflowers. There are a lot of them in the picture, apparently the artist wanted to say by this that they do not need to be torn, so that everyone can admire these wonderful wildflowers.
In the foreground are two slender birches, after their branches-braids to the ground, they bask in the summer sun. There is a lonely stump next to the birch trees, most likely there was another birch, but it was cut down and now tired people can rest on the stump.
Trees and flowers in the picture
The artist depicted the summer nature so accurately that it seems as if the painting is alive. Looking at her, you directly feel this heady scent of flowers and greenery, the incredible aroma of grass and trees, as well as the delicately sweet taste of a summer forest.
The forest is beautiful in all seasons, and especially in summer. After all, everywhere you can hear the singing of birds, the chirping sounds of grasshoppers and the rustling of ants. In the summer, all nature comes to life. All living things crawl out of their holes to bask in the rays of the summer sun.
And if you wander deep into the forest, you can meet a variety of animals, including wild ones.
Oh, how beautiful summer time is! And this is especially clearly felt in the incredible picture of Arkady Alexandrovich Plastov "Summer".
In the foreground, we see a girl of about 8 in a white dress and a red scarf. The girl has no shoes on - most likely she is used to flaunting barefoot and is not at all afraid of thorns. Even in moments of rest, the girls' hands are busy - she is picking a branch of strawberries. Not far from the child lies her devoted friend - an old dog. The dog was tired and put its muzzle on its paws.
In the background we see a resting grandmother. The woman is dressed in an emerald dress and a headscarf. Granny taught her granddaughter to pick mushrooms and berries. Walking for a long time in the forest, the woman and the girl got tired and decided to lie down to rest. The artist focuses on the woman's hand raised up - it is powerful and tanned, that is, it is the hand of a real hardworking peasant woman.
And all around are the unique expanses of our Motherland. The canvas shimmers with bright sunlight. Greenery sparkles from the bright rays of the sun. We seem to hear all kinds of trills of summer birds and chirping of grasshoppers.
The artist used a huge number of shades of green - this helped to naturally convey summer greens.
Look at the full baskets of nature's gifts! What a generous country we have! I really like Plastov's painting - it is filled with love for his land!
Arkady Aleksandrovich Plastov is a talented Soviet painter “the singer of the Soviet peasantry”. The artist's favorite season was summer, which is why a huge number of paintings are dedicated to this moment of the year. This cycle also includes the painting "Summer", written in 1954.
The author was able to discern the beauty in such a seemingly simple moment as relaxing in the forest. Even hard work looks joyful from under his hand. The canvas conveys the uniqueness of Russian landscapes and the beauty of ordinary people.
Option 5
Plastov is a famous Soviet artist. At first he studied at a theological seminary, then transferred to an art school. He painted landscapes of the middle lane and everyday scenes of villagers. Himself from the village and a family of hereditary icon painters. As he learned to be an artist in Moscow, he returned to his village, where he lived until the end of his life, painting his fellow villagers and the surrounding nature of central Russia.
The painting "In Summer" depicts one of the genre scenes of rural life. Perhaps his friends in the village are drawn. There is both a landscape and an everyday scene. A girl, a sleeping woman and a dog are located under the shade of a tree. It looks like this is a family that has gone mushrooming since dawn, but the sun has already risen high, the mushrooms have been collected, and they still have to walk and walk to their native village ... Therefore, they decided to take a break in the shade of a tree and gain strength for the way back.
The girl's mother, or grandmother, overcame, and she fell asleep. According to the picture, the age of the woman is not entirely clear, so we can only assume. A dog is depicted on the side. She, too, was tired, lay down and dozed off. The posture is a little tense though. And it is felt that he does not forget about his duties as a watchman. At any rustle, she is ready to jump up and protect her people from any danger. One girl sits and does not sleep. In her hands she is holding a sprig with a raspberry, which she is intently feeling and then tosses the berries into a mug. They reaped a good harvest. Two baskets full of mushrooms and a whole jug of raspberries. At home, the mushrooms will be boiled or dried, and most likely they will make jam from raspberries, so that you can feast on tea in winter and remember summer days.
And in the background of the picture is a forest clearing, immersed in greenery and flowers. Sunlight spills over the entire painting and conveys a feeling of intensifying heat. Probably about noon now. And the second half of summer, judging by the rich collection of berries and mushrooms.
Peace and even joy emanate from the picture ... Warm summer days, luscious green grass, along which one would like to run barefoot, relaxed people resting after work done ... The combination of bright colors and shades soothes and conveys a joyful mood to the viewer. And so the artist has well conveyed the summer motives that you want to take a step and find yourself in this forest idyll.

Description of the painting by Plastov "Summer" for grade 5
Option 1
Plastov Arkady Alexandrovich is one of the most famous Russian artists. A man with a capital letter, who managed to present to his contemporaries more than one wonderful and exciting work of art.
Summer is perhaps the most favorite season for many poets and people. It was about him that stories, novellas, poems were formed, and are now taking shape, pictures are being written, and so on.
This writer was no exception, therefore, in his piggy bank of works of art, there are those that are dedicated specifically to summer.
It cannot be argued that the painting "Summer" also refers to this wonderful period. Although it becomes clear even from the name, you do not need to see the picture to understand what it is about.
The painting depicts one of the most ordinary summer days, when the hot sun warms everything around. Also, in addition to the summer nature, two mushroom pickers can be seen in the picture. These are representatives of the fair sex, perhaps, according to the artist's idea, this is a mother and daughter. It can be seen that these two have already passed the forest in search of the desired mushrooms and sat down to rest in the shade created by the chic, branched birch trees spread out in the summer meadow.
The first plan of the picture was given to a girl who was dressed in a white sundress and a headscarf to match; he was sitting, one might say, reclining, legs outstretched. Apparently very tired of the way.
It is worth noting that the artist wanted to show the diligence of this one, because even in the shade at a halt, she is engaged in picking berries and mushrooms collected not so long ago.
Next to the women, closer to the girl, lies a dog, which is apparently just as tired of the hot day and the scorching sun as its owners.
In the background was a sleeping woman, apparently the mother of that girl. One hand was raised up. It is worth noting that the artist paid special attention to this hand, trying to show that these are the hands of a toiler who does not know laziness.
Option 2
A lot, a lot of sunlight and bright, joyful colors - this is the first impression of A.A. Plastov "Summer". The master of Russian painting did not just depict an ordinary episode from the life of rural residents, he discerned in it a special beauty and poetry, which he skillfully and lovingly conveyed to the viewer.
A fine summer day in full swing. Under the shade of birches, a woman and her daughter settled down, tired after picking mushrooms and berries. On the way home, they decided to take some rest. Although the sun is still high, their basket and bucket are already filled to the brim with mushrooms, and the weighty jug is full of berries.
The woman lay down on the grass, covering herself from the sun with her hand, and the girl sits with her bare feet stretched out. The girl's face is concentrated - she is picking berries. A simple country dog is snuggled up and dozing at her feet - it can be seen that he, too, is running around and tired. The birch beauties invite you to rest in their shade. Their leaves shimmer beautifully in the rays of the summer sun. The dense grass behind the trees sparkles in the sun.
Bright blue bells, daisies and other meadow flowers are mixed with the dense grass. The picture emanates from the serenity, quiet, calm joy. The artist managed to create such a mood thanks to bright, rich colors. This is the green of the grass, and the multicolored flowers, and the bright red scarf tied on the head of the girl, and the blue clothes of the woman.
The picture seemed to contain all the colors of summer - a wonderful time when nature shows itself in all its glory. Admiring this piece of painting, you admire the beauty of Russian nature, these elegant birches and flowers. I would like to be next to these simple villagers, breathe in the air infused with the aromas of herbs, feel the sweet smell of wild berries and, feeling pleasant fatigue, bask in the sun.
Option 3
The beauty of native nature is a favorite theme of many Russian artists and poets. The famous Soviet painter A.A. The layers were no exception. He was born and raised in the village, so he is familiar with the life of the villagers firsthand. In his paintings, we see sketches from their daily life against the backdrop of beautiful landscapes. The painting "Summer" is one of such works.
It depicts a simple country woman and her daughter. Early in the morning they went to the forest for mushrooms and berries. Returning home, they decided to take some rest. Two spreading birches sheltered them in their shade. The woman, tired, lay down with her hand under her head. She is wearing blue clothes and a tightly tied headscarf that covers her face well from the sun.
A girl in a light dress and a scarlet kerchief sits on the grass with her bare feet stretched out. Leaning over a sprig of strawberries, she picks off the red berries and collects them in a mug. A blush can be seen on the girl's cheeks. In addition to the mother and daughter, attention is drawn to the generous gifts of the forest: a large basket and a bucket filled with mushrooms, as well as an earthen jug with berries. It can be seen that the efforts of the heroines were rewarded - they will not return home empty-handed.
The black and red dog has taken his place at the girl's feet and is dozing. He ran over, was tired, and he, like people, feels good in the shade. The branches of birches reach the very ground, and their leaves are golden-green. White tree trunks stand out especially brightly in the sunlight. There is a small stump near the trees. In the shade of birch trees, the grass is dense and bright green, it is clear that it is cool here and good in the heat.
Blue bells and other wildflowers are pleasing to the eye. Sun-drenched grass flaunts in the background and a dark green forest wall is visible. It seems that the whole picture is filled with light and warmth of the sun, and therefore, when looking at it, joyful, bright feelings arise.
The artist skillfully conveyed the atmosphere of a summer day, saturating the picture with bright colors. The golden glare of the sun plays on the leaves of the trees and the grass. A scarlet scarf of a girl, red berries, a blue outfit of a peasant woman and yellow-brown mushrooms stand out as bright spots on a green background. The picture turned out to be colorful and multicolored, as nature is at this time of the year. One feels that the author treats his native nature and village with warmth and love.
The best: how you spent and your favorite time of the year
Composition based on the painting "Summer" A.A. Plastov (with a plan)
- Introduction.
- Description of the grandmother in the picture.
- Little helper.
- A bountiful harvest.
- Conclusions.
Warm sunny summer. White birch trees, dressed in bright green, thick lush grass and a lot of light. This is what first draws attention to itself in the painting "Summer". This picture was painted by the artist Plastov. It is immediately evident that he really knew and loved nature. Everything is so beautiful and real. A delicious smell of herbs and berries and the sleepy peace of a sultry day seem to blow on the viewer.
What else is depicted on the canvas? Description of the painting "In the Summer" by Plastov can take a long time. As many as three characters are drawn on it. This is a girl with her grandmother and a dog. They probably went to the forest for mushrooms and berries. And on the way back, they got tired and sat down to rest right on the grass. Grandma is fast asleep. She is wearing a blue dress and a matching scarf. The most striking element in her is the hand with which the grandmother covered herself from the sun. You can see how big she is, dark-skinned and hard-working. Looking at such a hand, one can understand that a person has worked all his life.
The granddaughter, I think, will grow up to be the same hard worker. And now, while the grandmother is asleep, the girl is intently plucking berries from a branch into a large blue mug. The little helper's serious face shows that she enjoys the job. The girl is dressed in a light white dress and decorated with beads. And she has a red kerchief tied on her head. White, red and blue look very nice together. Therefore, the girl immediately attracts the attention of the viewer.
There is a small dog next to the grandmother and granddaughter. She ran through the forest and now sleeps sweetly, snuggling up to her mistresses. She has a very funny face, which she turned right towards the audience. I think she is the favorite of her little mistress.
The painting also features baskets of mushrooms and a jug of berries. They take up almost half of the canvas. What a rich harvest the girl and her grandmother bring from the forest! The mushrooms are large, bright, and the berries are juicy and ripe. You immediately understand what kind of wealth nature can give.
While I was writing an essay on the painting "Summer" by Plastov, I thought about how peaceful and happy a peasant life can be. We often do not notice the beauty of the world around us. But a happy life can be made up of little things. For example - a hike with loved ones in the forest, picking delicious berries with your own hands, relaxing in the shade. I think this is what the artist wanted to show with his painting.
Brief description of Plastov's painting "Summer"
Option 1
The famous Russian painter Arkady Alexandrovich Plastov knew how to discern beauty in any moment of life. Even hard work can look festive for him. The canvas "Summer" conveys both the uniqueness of Russian nature and the life of ordinary people busy with everyday affairs.
Depicting another landscape of central Russia, Plastov writes an elderly woman who, from fatigue, lay down for a few minutes in the shade of birches and a girl, most likely her granddaughter. It can be understood that the mushroom pickers went to the forest for mushrooms and berries before the morning dawn. And when the sun reached its zenith, they had already managed to fill their baskets and decided to rest before returning home.
It was not by chance that the artist chose his characters: in the past it was mainly elderly women and children who collected the gifts of the forest, who did not participate in haymaking, harvesting in the fields and other village concerns. But mushrooms and various berries were harvested for the long cold Russian winter. They were reserved for fasting or when other supplies with the onset of spring were already running out. In the villages, families were large, and supplies for the winter had to be sufficient.
The paintings of this painter always bring a feeling of joy, calmness and serenity. The artist loved all seasons, but especially when nature is in full bloom. In his work "Summer", he praises the generosity of the land, peasant women who rest after a trip to the forest.
Plastov quite often turned to the village theme, because he knew the life of the peasants very well and painted landscapes and villagers with great undisguised sympathy. People on his canvases are inextricably linked with nature. The artist often made village children the heroes of his paintings.
So in this work, the artist depicts a successful trip of his grandmother and granddaughter to the forest. The gaze immediately stops on a large wicker basket with handles full of large porcini mushrooms, and a bucket with various smaller reddish-brown mushrooms. Nearby is a jug full of berries. The jug, of course, is heavy, but the juicy berries will not wrinkle along the way.
In the opposite corner on a soft grass-ant sits a girl of about seven, in a light sundress and a bright scarlet scarf, stretching out her bare feet. While her grandmother was resting, she busied herself with picking berries. Slowly tearing off the twigs, she folds the ripe and juicy raspberries into a mug in her lap. The berries seem to be asking for a mouthful, but the girl wants to show at home how much they have collected with her grandmother, and firmly puts the next berry in a mug. Her eyes are down, her thin eyebrows are slightly raised up. Long hair is knocked out from under a bright scarf.
A red-and-black yard dog cuddles up to the girl, and he teamed up with them in the forest. However, the fresh air and complete freedom, when he ran back and forth, bursting with loud barks, apparently tired him too. He rested his head on outstretched paws and dozed, but although the dog's eyes are closed, his ears are raised, and through the doze he listens attentively to the unusual sounds of the forest.
Behind the girl is a sleeping woman in a long-sleeved navy blue dress and a blue scarf tied tightly. From this dress, we can assume that this is an elderly woman. The artist does not show us her face. The woman shielded her eyes from the bright rays of the sun, which the rare leaves of birches, near which the heroes stopped to rest, cannot hold back. And the forest gnats do not give rest. The woman is very tired and is fast asleep, her head resting on a small hillock formed by the roots of birch trees.
In the background is a meadow filled with the midday sun, behind which a forest begins. In the clearing, the eye is pleased with the multicolored field modest flowers, which always delight us with their natural beauty and harmony, and about which poets never tire of composing poems and songs. These are lilac-blue bells, and forest beauties of daisies, slightly wilted from the heat, and a fading shepherd's purse.
The artist uses paints that tell the viewer that the plot takes place in August, the tall grass, which was recently emerald, has almost burned out, and in the sunlight it acquires an amber hue. We can see the lower parts of the trunks of two birches and several branches with green leaves. Nearby, a stump, barely noticeable in the dense grass.
After standing for several minutes at the picture, we get the impression that we have felt the tart smell of grass heated by the sun, felt a light touch of the summer breeze on our face, and we have heard the indescribable aroma of wild berries.
Option 2
The painting was painted by the artist in the fifties of the last century. It depicts nature in the colors of a summer day. The canvas shows not only sun and warmth, but a great time to harvest forest crops: berries, mushrooms. In the foreground of the picture, the author depicted a girl and a woman who, exhausted from the heat, settled down to rest under the birches.
The woman fell asleep for a while in the cool shade, covering herself with her hand. And the girl sits with her legs stretched out in front of her, on which she has placed a small mug of water poured from a jug. She is wearing a simple peasant dress, and her head is tied with a kerchief. Next to the girl and the woman are two filled baskets of mushrooms. The green, tall, plowing and lush grass serves as a feather bed for them to rest. Two weeping birches bent their branches over their heads, sheltering them from the hot and sultry day.
In the depths of the canvas, you can see how the bright and burning sun is shining in the clearing. The whole picture fills with light, and the sun's rays, the greenery of summer, the shade of birches evoke a good and kind mood. The girl, most likely, sadly thinks about the upcoming journey home and does not want to leave this amazing meadow, filled with flowers and birdsong, at all.
And at the same time, she is very glad that she was such a good helper to her mother, because together they managed to collect a lot of mushrooms that will be used for winter supplies.
Beside the girl her reddish and black tan dog is quietly settled down. He, too, was tired and lay down to rest, resting his head with drooping ears on his front paws and closing his eyes. He was a faithful traveler and his guard in the forest.
The whole picture is filled with silence, kindness and peace, which leave the viewer the most positive and wonderful impression of what he saw. Involuntarily, you yourself want to look into the clearing, sit on the green grass and breathe in the smell of the summer forest.
Summer
Layers is an incredibly talented artist, most of his paintings are masterpieces. One of these is the painting "Summer".
The painting depicts a woman and a girl, probably a mother and daughter. They went mushroom picking all day and were very tired.
Barefoot girl
Looking at it, you directly feel this heady scent of flowers and greenery, the incredible aroma of grass and trees, as well as the delicately sweet taste of a summer forest.
Composition number 2
Composition based on the painting "Summer" by Plastov for grade 5
Description of the painting by Plastov in the Summer for grade 5
Plastov Arkady Alexandrovich is one of the most famous Russian artists. A man with a capital letter, who managed to present to his contemporaries more than one wonderful and exciting work of art.
Summer is perhaps the most favorite time of the year for many poets and people.
