6. Accounting and ensuring the safety of funds
6.1. All collected material constitutes the museum’s funds and is recorded in the inventory book of the established form (laced and sealed), certified by the seal of the school and the education department.
6.2. The museum's funds are divided into main (authentic monuments of history, culture and nature) and auxiliary (schemes, diagrams, copies, dummies...)
6.3. Monuments of history and culture that have special scientific, historical or artistic significance, including state orders and medals, as well as items whose safety cannot be ensured by the school museum, must be transferred to the appropriate state museum or cannot be included in the museum’s funds at all.
6.4. Storing explosive objects in school museums is strictly prohibited.
7. Museum Closing Procedure
7.1. The issue of terminating the activities of the school museum and its closure is decided by the school council or the pedagogical council.
7.2. The decision to terminate the activities of the school museum is coordinated with the district education department, and the Lgovsky DDT is informed about this.

5.7. Organizational and methodological management of the activities of school museums in the Moscow region is carried out by the Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth of the Ministry of Education of the Moscow Region (hereinafter referred to as GOU MO CRTDiYu).
6. Accounting and ensuring the safety of the school museum funds
6.1. Accounting for museum objects from the school museum collection is carried out separately for the main and scientific-auxiliary funds:
Accounting for museum items of the main fund (authentic monuments of material and spiritual culture, objects of nature) is carried out in an inventory book of the established form (laced, numbered and sealed) and certified by the municipal education authority.
Accounting for scientific and auxiliary materials (copies, models, diagrams, etc.) is carried out in the book of accounting of scientific and auxiliary funds.
6.2. The assignment of museum objects and museum collections to the ownership of the school museum is carried out by the founder of the school museum. Seizure and other alienation of museum objects and museum collections can be carried out only in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.3. Responsibility for the safety of the school museum funds lies with the director of the educational institution and the head of the school museum.
6.4. Monuments of history and culture, the safety of which cannot be ensured by the school museum, must be transferred for storage to the appropriate state museum, or cannot be included in the funds of the school museum at all.
6.5. Storing explosive and other items that threaten the life and safety of people in school museums is strictly prohibited.

7.2. The decision to liquidate or reorganize the school museum is reported to the Regional Commission for Certification of School Museums at the State Educational Establishment of the Moscow Region TsRTDIU.
7.3. Upon liquidation, the certificate of a school museum is transferred to the Regional Commission for Certification of School Museums of the State Educational Institution of the Moscow Region TsRTDIU.
7.4. In the event of liquidation of the school museum, all original materials must be transferred to the state museum.
7.5. A special museum commission is created to transfer the funds of school museums to the state museum.

Certification of school museums in the Moscow region (hereinafter referred to as passportization) has the following goals and objectives:

1.2. Setting specific tasks for each school museum for further development and improvement of work, participation in the all-Russian movement “Fatherland”.
1.3. Increasing the ideological and scientific level of the content of exhibitions, improving their thematic structure, organizing the accounting and storage of collected materials, increasing the efficiency of using museums in the educational process, improving social activities school museums.
1.4. Identification and registration of the most valuable exhibits of school museums with the state museum fund.

2. Procedure for certification
2.1. Certification of school museums in the Moscow region is carried out by the permanent Regional Commission for Certification of School Museums (hereinafter referred to as the Regional Commission), approved by order of the Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth of the Ministry of Education of the Moscow Region (GOU MO CRTDiYu).
2.2. The regional commission determines the procedure and deadlines for certification, the recommended composition of the district (city) commission for certification of school museums, as well as the composition and forms of the necessary documentation.
2.3. Certification of a school museum formation for the title “School Museum” is carried out by a permanent district (city) commission for school museums, created by order of the municipal education authority.
2.4. The district (city) commission for school museums may include:
The chairman of the commission is a representative of the municipal education authority;
Members of the commission: representative of the Veterans Council; representative of the local history society; representative of the state museum; specialists from the municipal education authority; school directors; specialists from institutions of additional education for children, experienced directors of school museums.
2.5. In accordance with the “Approximate Regulations on the Museum of an Educational Institution (School Museum)” and this “Regulation on Certification”, district (city) commissions for school museums familiarize themselves in detail with the activities of each newly created school museum,, if necessary, provide it with the necessary methodological assistance, and conclusion on the state of the museum’s work and the possibility of certifying it for the title “School Museum”.
District (city) commissions for school museums constantly monitor the activities of school museums, provide them with the necessary assistance, carry out planned work, organize shows and competitions of school museums.
2.6. The title “School Museum” can be awarded to those museums whose work meets the following requirements:

2.8. As a result of familiarization with the activities of the school museum and in case of a positive decision on its certification for the title “School Museum”, the district (city) commission for school museums draws up and sends the following package of documents to the Regional Commission:
2.8.1. school museum passport (standard form);
2.8.2. an inspection report of the school museum with the commission’s conclusion in 2 copies (standard form);
2.8.3. registration card in 2 copies (standard form);
2.8.4. submission to the Regional Commission for certification of this museum (in any form).
2.9. The first copies of acts and registration cards are stored in the Regional Commission, the second copies are sent to the Republican Commission for Certification of School Museums, where the school museum is assigned a number according to the unified register.
2.10. Based on the decision of the Regional Commission, the museum is awarded the title “School Museum” and issued a uniform numbered certificate.
The museum's passport and license plate are kept in the school museum.
2.11. Every 5 years, school museums confirm their title (they undergo re-certification at the local level and re-certification by the Regional Commission).
At this time, a reconciliation of the school museum's funds is carried out.
Commissions at the appropriate level make notes confirming the title “School Museum” in the appropriate columns of the school museum’s passport.
2.12. When confirming the title “School Museum”, the main package of documents (clause 2.8.) and a copy of the certificate of conferment of the title “School Museum” are submitted to the Regional Commission.
2.13. The regional commission periodically organizes seminars for representatives of district (city) commissions on school museums, as well as checking the quality of their certification of school museums. Based on the results of the inspection, an act is drawn up and a decision is made on the appropriateness of awarding the title “School Museum”.
In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the number certificate is confiscated from the school museum until the deficiencies are eliminated, after which re-certification is carried out with the participation of representatives of the Regional Commission.
