1. Briefly about Oleg Valentinovich Pronin
2. Entrepreneur and alcohol
Hello, Oleg Valentinovich! We know that you lead a healthy lifestyle and do not drink alcohol. But we live in a world where many people who lead such a lifestyle are a little embarrassed by this “peculiarity” of theirs, since in any company, if you say that you don’t drink, they immediately attack you: “Why?” You, more than others, probably have to attend all sorts of buffets and business meetings where alcohol is offered. How do your business partners react when you give up alcohol?
They are very respectful. Moreover, when I say, I haven’t drunk for a long time, for more than six years, not a gram. (By the way, on the tenth of October it was exactly six years since I managed without alcohol. For me, this is a definite achievement!) In fact, it all depends on what kind of person says that he does not smoke or drink, on his authority and position in society. This largely depends on his inner strength and charisma. If a person is not confident in himself or his authority is not very high, then, of course, he should be further provoked and egged on: “Come on, give it up, let’s have a drink...” And if a person continuously works on himself, improves himself, then for him giving up alcohol and cigarettes is just one puzzle from a huge picture, from a large number of puzzles from which he assembles himself as a worthy, holistic and harmonious person. For me, this is just one aspect of asceticism and training of the spirit. Others feel it and understand that pestering is pointless! On the contrary, they respect my principles, because these ideas did not come to me yesterday: I have not sweared for 21 years, I do not drink, I do not smoke, I exercise every day.
Moreover, since the third of November last year I have not eaten meat, and this summer I also stopped eating fish and eggs! Now I look at the raw food diet with curiosity. I try to listen carefully to my body and really feel what is good for me, what makes me feel better, and what doesn’t. So I have no problems - everyone respects the principles that I follow in my life.
And six years ago, when you had just given up alcohol, was it more difficult then?
No, it wasn’t difficult, I had a good excuse that I had made a vow not to drink until my son was born. It was true. Before that, I already had three daughters, and one day I heard from my wife: “That’s it! Last time I'm giving birth! And if there’s a daughter again, it’s your problem!” (Laughs.) But I really wanted a son, and then, during my expedition to China together with a friend who knew ancient Chinese, I consulted with Taoist monks who live in ancient secluded monasteries at an altitude of more than three thousand meters, and they told me They recommended performing some kind of asceticism. Asceticism gives strength to achieve a goal. And I decided that this asceticism of mine would be giving up alcohol. I gave myself a strict attitude: “Starting from today (it was October 10, 2005), I don’t drink.” I had a goal - I needed a son. And two years and eight months later he was born - the Higher powers responded. And I thought: “I’ve lived without alcohol for almost three years - why should I start all this again?” Moreover, I began to like the feeling of health and clarity of thinking more and more. I made my choice: I decided to continue, to make giving up alcohol my lifestyle, not to drink anymore at all.
3. Entrepreneur and family
How old are your children now?
My daughters are already 18, 15, 12 years old, and my son is 3 years old.
Now, unfortunately, divorces have already become commonplace, especially among businessmen, famous people. What has helped you maintain your relationship with your wife and your friendly, large family for a long time? What are the secrets of maintaining relationships, family happiness You know?
Firstly, it is always to treat each other with respect, never raise your voice to someone close to you; Secondly, is to accept any situation; thirdly, always try to be honest and sincere.
How do your wife and children feel about your choice of diet? Do they share everything completely?
My wife does not fully share all my aspirations, but she respects me. Somehow we don’t even talk about vegetarianism. I personally don’t consider myself a vegetarian, because many vegetarians eat all kinds of chemicals, sweets, and use yeast. I do not eat chemicals, sugar, or any products containing yeast. I eat only healthy, fresh and nutritious food, all the most natural. I also refused products that are produced in any factories. What can you call me? Natural, probably. I eat vegetables, dishes made from vegetables, grains, legumes, fruits, cereals, and I definitely eat greens. And, of course, nuts, seeds, dried fruits. All this is more than enough for good nutrition and a long, healthy life. I’m also on a separate diet, I came to this somehow intuitively. I don’t mix, for example, cereals with fruits or fruits with vegetables. This helps food to be absorbed better and faster. When I find out something useful for myself, I immediately try to try it all, while listening to my body to understand whether it all suits me or not. And the children... When half the refrigerator is filled with fresh fruits and vegetables and there is no meat, no chemicals, no canned food or Pepsi-Cola in it - what else is left for them? (Laughs.) The wife also doesn’t cook a hundred dishes for everyone all day long, and there’s one refrigerator for everyone. And that’s why children, even if they eat meat, eat it probably a hundred times less than everyone else. We don't have any restrictions. We do not forbid them to buy and eat what they want, but when there is simply no meat in the refrigerator, no one even has the desire to bring it into the house. If the wife cooks very tasty dishes without meat, why would anyone else buy sausage and bring it into the house? Children eat a lot of dairy products - this is really what they need and is very healthy.
4. Entrepreneur and self-development
Oleg Valentinovich, what was the starting point for you to work on yourself, the desire to start putting yourself together from these puzzles, to take the path of asceticism, as you say? Usually, when people achieve some kind of financial well-being, they relax and, on the contrary, begin to indulge their weaknesses, which ultimately leads them to the destruction of their lives and the destruction of their health?
I don't know exactly why I did it, but when I was still studying at High school KGB, in the summer of ninety, I once got off the train and said to myself: “I won’t swear anymore!” So I decided to train my willpower. Since then I have not uttered a single swear word. Although before that, especially when I served in the army, I sometimes swore very loudly.
It must have been difficult to follow this vow given to yourself when fellow students and all peers did not express themselves very, to put it mildly, censoriously?
5. Switch to a healthy diet
Why did you decide to give up meat?
I read the book “Pass to the Third Millennium” - it covers a wide range of important aspects of a healthy lifestyle in all respects from a variety of different and very unexpected angles. I simply don’t know any analogues to this book. Then, with its author, Alexander Usanin, we went to India together for three days (there was no more time). And, having seen how millions of Indians have been eating for many millennia, I also decided to try to eat without meat. Before this, it somehow never occurred to me. But, what’s most interesting, I immediately noticed and felt that my ligaments immediately became more flexible, elastic, and within a year vegetarian diet In terms of stretching, I achieved greater results than in the five years of training before. Now I understand that yogis are so flexible also because they are vegetarians - their body is not burdened with all these low energies () that meat gives. I didn't understand this important point until I really felt it myself. If you practice Tai Chi and also eat meat, you will greatly hinder your progress. In order to have flexibility, lightness and speed, you still need to eat food that does not cause lethargy and a feeling of heaviness in the body.
Was it difficult to give up meat?
I have fairly trained willpower. He said “no” and that’s it. For me it simply does not exist now. Do you know what's really hard? This is to remove from your vocabulary all non-literary and slang vocabulary, all this slang with which our speech is now clogged. I’m talking to you, but I’m still thinking to myself: “Should I try or not? Will I be able to speak a beautiful, elegant, literary language, and not a slangy and half-clichéd language filled with cliched phrases - or will I not be able to?” To be honest, this is what I find really difficult for myself right now. Maybe this will be the next step for me. As in Orthodoxy, for example, there are fasts on certain days. Vegetarians say: “And we fast all the time anyway!” And the monks and elders answer this: “No, if you are used to it, then this is no longer asceticism for you, which means that for this period you need to come up with some other asceticism for yourself, thanks to which you can further strengthen your spirit and make it even stronger and more humble.” What you do easily is no longer asceticism. So you need to move on.
6. Self-restraint - asceticism
Why do you like so much to follow the path of limitation, to constantly strengthen something in yourself, to work on yourself?
For me, the definition of harmony, that is, a comfortable feeling of one’s inner self, is a constant, let me emphasize again, constant, improvement of one’s spirit, body and mind. Improving these three components. Moreover, the improvement of the spirit is the fundamental principle, because it is the most important thing. Improving your mind means reading different and useful books and solving crossword puzzles. Improving your body means following the rules of a healthy diet and playing sports. All this is not difficult. But cultivating the spirit is the most difficult thing. But at the same time, if you follow the path of improving your spirit, then you will be able to solve problems on a completely different level, achieve goals that were previously inaccessible to you. If a truly difficult situation arises, a problem that cannot be solved with the help of logic and classical analysis, there is only one way out - to act, relying on fortitude. In such cases, the goal is most often achieved without any logic, somehow associatively and intuitively, precisely thanks to a strong spirit. I live in this society, I have a family, children, business, responsibility. I can’t go to a monastery or somewhere else to improve my spirit there. I practice asceticism - all this so that Everyday life use the power of a strong spirit in communication with friends, with children, with your wife, in business - constantly. This is how I live.
7. Spirituality, worldview and business
And how does spirituality combine with business?
It goes together very well! Many people consider these things incompatible. In their minds, spirituality is becoming a monk, praying and fasting from morning to night, and business is something exactly the opposite, something purely material, involvement in earthly affairs... Here the question is the true concentration of your aspirations - the “goal of business.” If you deify the dollar, elevate it to an absolute level, then yes, this will indeed be a problem. Concentrating on money and what you can then buy for yourself with this money is a very immersive activity. But your goal may be completely different. For example, to produce useful, high-quality goods and services that people really need, the desire to evoke positive emotions and a feeling of happiness in others through their activities. If your goal is to bring joy to people, then your activity will be spiritual. And besides, how can any activity be material if you know and take into account that God is everywhere, God is in everything, God is energy, He is in you, in me, in everyone? If you work to make people happy, then with your work you satisfy God. Therefore, there is no contradiction in principle between business and spirituality.
Does worldview influence the type of business, as well as the approach to business?
I think it still has an effect. I will never sell alcohol and cigarettes - everything that destroys the health and well-being of people, no matter what super profits this promises me. For example, a year ago I was going to build a meat processing plant. Now, having learned more about healthy eating, I changed my mind. And instead of a meat processing plant, we are now building a large vegetable storage facility, using the latest progressive technologies for storing vegetables and preserving them all useful qualities. But to an even greater extent than business, I think worldview influences the very essence of the approach to business, which we just talked about: what is more important to you - money or the happiness of others? If you do not put money above the happiness and well-being of other people, there is no point in deceiving, cheating, or setting someone up. Yes, it can be difficult. Yes, sometimes it is difficult to maintain any obligations due to changes in circumstances. But we always resisted, we always moved the project further, we always completed construction of houses, even in times of crisis, based on the fact that we cannot deceive people. Although, from the point of view of classical business, if you put money first, then in times of crisis the simplest and most correct decision in such a situation is to simply bankrupt the company, write off all debts and declare: “I don’t have any money. I am a bankrupt. My company has collapsed and I don’t owe anyone anything anymore.” And start a new business without debt. From a logical point of view, this is the simplest thing, from the point of view. If your goal is to bring joy to people, in this case your activity will be spiritual. And besides, some kind of activity can be material if you know that God is everywhere, God is in everything, God is energy, He is in you, in me, in everyone? If you work to make people happy, then with your work you satisfy God. classic business is the right decision for a businessman, but this only happens when money is the most important thing. If the priority is not money, but human relationships, the trust of people who have entrusted their capital to you, if your goal is to make them happy, you will never do that, you will look for opportunities. If your goal is to bring joy to people, in this case your activity will be spiritual. And besides, some kind of activity can be material if you know that God is everywhere, God is in everything, God is energy, He is in you, in me, in everyone? If you work to make people happy, then with your work you satisfy God. Fulfill your obligations no matter what, whether it is logical or illogical, possible or impossible, but you will try to make sure that people are not deceived, that they get the product for which they paid money. (Editor Harum: To fulfill your duties need energy - about that.)
And do you feel some kind of return and gratitude from people for the fact that even in times of crisis you honorably maintained all your obligations to them? Some kind of positive energy flow towards you?
Certainly. All this is felt. And it’s also good that people in our country are tolerant, even if due to some problems we sometimes have to delay construction. In Russia people are tolerant. And grateful. And this also helps us significantly.
8. Entrepreneur and children
What is your daily routine, if it’s not a secret?
At eleven in the evening or, if possible, at half past ten, I go to bed. I get up at five minutes to six. At six thirty I leave the house. At seven I start practicing tai chi in our gym, which is located here, next to the office. I study until nine, and my working day begins at nine-twenty. It lasts until eight in the evening, or maximum until half past ten.
Do you manage to communicate somehow with your children and family?
On the weekend. All weekends are for family.
Nowadays it is a big problem to raise children in the conditions of permissiveness that reigns in modern society. How do you try to convey something pure, bright, and kind to your children?
I have one very good concept on this score, and my experience shows that it works. In fact, children are not brought up by moral teachings, any kind of suggestions or a belt. The most important education is our personal example. Children see everything, and they simply “mirror” us, repeat our behavior, our way of life. If parents don't watch TV, then children don't watch it either. Many people I know have TV in every children's room, even in the kitchen. We practically don’t turn it on. They don’t need it; children have their own healthy and interesting hobbies. Instead, they go in for sports and dance, read books. (From Editor Kharum - watch educational videos with your children -, )
9. Miscellaneous
What qualities of a modern businessman, in your opinion, are the most important?
All the same: honesty(), sincerity and respect for people. It is very important to make the purpose of business to serve people. We have our company mission on the screensaver on every computer: “To make people happy and cities and towns beautiful, based on national values, while being” - so that all our employees remember what we do here.
It is known that in your company you encourage non-smoking employees by adding paid days to their vacation. How do other employees feel about this?
They are normal. And by the way, we noticed that the company has fewer and fewer smoking employees. You already have regular lenten dishes in your dining room and on the menu. There are probably more and more vegetarians among you? Don't know. May be. I don't force anything on anyone. The main thing is that people feel comfortable working and that they are satisfied with their work and what they do. How do you personally perceive charity? Charity must be targeted and specific. You need to know how your charity will help to this person or some a large number of people. When a person does something reluctantly, this is not charity, it is how he paid off the supplicants. There must be sincerity. You must understand well how your actions will benefit people and sincerely want to help them.
Why did you decide to support the publication of the BlagoDarenie magazine?
Because this is a very useful magazine! It presents in an accessible and simple form knowledge that is important for everyone, which, I am sure, can help everyone change themselves for the better and improve society. And besides, he is out of politics.
Now many people make money in Russia, but take it abroad, for example, buying real estate in Europe. Why don't you make yourself a residence abroad?
I love Russia, I like my country, I want to live in it, everything suits me here. And besides, the money of our country must remain in our country, for its development, for the benefit of the Russian people. I don't want to have any connections abroad. If you built a house in the Canaries, then your wife will drag you there all the time, and you will be tied to this place instead of freely going on a trip to any part of the world. We are building a dacha in the Moscow region - it’s better here!
Oleg Valentinovich, can you say that you are living the way you dreamed, how you would like to live your life?
Oh yeah! I can easily say this. I do not regret anything. I wouldn't change anything. God gives either trials or temptations - both are intended for us to harden our spirit. If God gives you something, it means it is necessary for your path. So how can you regret what God has given you to improve either your body, spirit, or mind? In any situation you gained experience and knowledge. What is true knowledge? This is absolute faith. As a result of any events, you become wiser, more knowledgeable and experienced. It is important to find your high goal and firmly know that this goal is yours, to follow this path and accept everything that happens, well understanding that everything that God does is for the better, everything that happens in your life is necessary for you. Mistakes are challenges. When a teacher hands out assignments, a lazy, careless student may perceive them as a problem. It's not really a problem, it's a task. Problems are those tasks that you need to solve, this is a “case”, this is the package of events that is given to you for training. And there are no problems that you cannot solve. Of course, you will have to work on yourself in order to gain experience and go through the next stage of improvement along your path. Each person has his own purpose, and you need to understand it, make sure that this goal is yours, and constantly check and adjust it: after all, you gain experience, which means you change. Therefore, you don’t need to get hung up on anything, you need to learn to be flexible. There are millions of different options around us in the Universe, and if you change, improve spiritually, then you can choose different options for your actions. This is especially necessary for a businessman: he needs to be observant, pay close attention to the events happening around him, study and, as I call it, read the signs and clues from above.
Where should people who want to start leading a healthy lifestyle start?
They need to understand why they need it. For example, many successful people are now choosing a healthy lifestyle because they understand that being rich is only half the battle; The most important thing is to live long in order to be rich for a long time! - for this they lead a healthy and correct lifestyle. But it is more correct to strive to be healthy not for themselves, but for society. After all, communicating with a healthy and cheerful person is much more pleasant than communicating with a sick and gloomy person. You can take care of your health to make this world a better place! What would you like to wish our readers? I wish you to take care of yourself and those around you, take care of our planet and always remember where we came from, why we are here and where we are going. I completely agree with Rami that unconditional divine love is the highest goal of life! (From the editor: This is not my idea, this is stated by all religions and enlightened sages, and simply wise people.) I really wish all your readers to achieve this state!
Thank you very much, Oleg Valentinovich, for the conversation! All the best to you in life!
Thank you, and I wish the same to you!

It is clear that the ends of the missing pledge can no longer be found. However, it is quite possible to consider the details of the other two plots. First, let’s take a look at the composition of the founders of Alpenbau LLC from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. We will see the following persons there: Austrian citizen Klammer Gernot Friedrich; Korotkov Nikolay Nikolaevich; Laskov Valentin Nikolaevich; Melnik Vladimir Leonidovich; Mironenko Olga Eduardovna; Nakonechny Pavel Anatolyevich; Pronin Oleg Valentinovich. And according to information in the media and according to data from the websites of the Peresvet-Group Group of Companies (now seized), Gernot Klammer has been serving in one of the holding structures - Peresvet-Invest - since 2005. Oleg Pronin is a member of the board of directors and general director of Peresvet-Invest. Moreover, Pronin, Melnik, and Klammer were at one time general directors of Alpenbau. And the fact that after the citizen of Austria this post was successively transferred to Messrs. A.I. Shishkin, M.Yu. Shubin and A.M. Glazunov, can only mislead children who have not seen the new school. The people who founded Alpenbau and are now at the helm of one of the structures of the Peresvet-Group Group of Companies are the same. And the connection between the two companies could not be more direct.

Negative capital of the Moscow bank "Peresvet", the key shareholder of which is the Russian Orthodox Church(ROC), increased by almost 10 billion and amounted to 45.819 billion rubles, as reported on January 18 on the EFRSFYUL website.
Data is presented as of January 1, 2017, capital calculation date is January 12, 2016.
Earlier, the leaders of Peresvet's largest creditors - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inter RAO Igor Sechin, General Director of RusHydro Nikolai Shulginov and President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergei Katyrin sent a letter to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev with a request to contribute to the reorganization of the bank.As of December 1, 2016, the bank’s negative capital amounted to 35.082 billion rubles.

The possible bankruptcy of Peresvet Bank could be one of the largest this year: according to Life, the bank's negative capital is about 100 billion rubles. This was stated by a source close to the temporary administration, which was introduced last week by the Bank of Russia. If the information is confirmed, in terms of the volume of the “hole” in the balance sheet, Peresvet will be ahead only of Vneshprombank (215.9 billion rubles).
“A significant number of loans are not serviced,” noted Life’s interlocutor. — At the same time, there are practically no real collaterals: mainly exotic rights of claim and lease rights, which were practically worthless, were transferred as collateral.
The Central Bank could neither confirm nor deny Life’s information, noting that the assets are still being verified.
— An assessment of the prospects for the activities of JSCB Peresvet (JSC) will be given after studying the results of a financial condition survey credit organization currently being carried out by the interim administration,” said an official representative of the Central Bank.
Problems and panic
According to official reports, the bank was doing well until recently. At the end of nine months of this year, the net profit of Peresvet Bank reached 2.13 billion rubles - it ranks 41st in terms of assets and 47th in terms of capital. The level of overdue loans is one of the lowest in the market, only 0.38%.
However, in early October, Fitch released a report in which it noted that the bank's 100 largest borrowers accounted for almost half of its loan portfolio. The agency found signs of affiliation of borrowers with the management of the financial organization.
Panic in the ranks of depositors began with the news of the alleged disappearance of the chairman of the board of the credit institution, Alexander Shvets. The Dozhd TV channel reported this on October 14, citing its sources. The bank quickly denied this “news”, stating that he was undergoing treatment. However, depositors began to withdraw their deposits from the bank, which immediately introduced restrictions on the issuance of deposits from individuals - no more than 100 thousand rubles, which only fueled the panic.
On October 21, the Central Bank introduced a temporary administration in Peresvet for a period of six months; her the main task— examine the financial position of the bank. This decision was made in connection with the “failure to satisfy the claims of creditors for monetary obligations within a period exceeding seven days from the date of their satisfaction.” This is exactly how the regulator explained his decision; it was not possible to obtain more detailed explanations from him or the Russian Orthodox Church.
In addition, the Central Bank introduced a moratorium on payments to Peresvet creditors. Payments to bank depositors, including individual entrepreneurs, will begin no later than 14 days from the date of the moratorium.
“The Bank of Russia is holding consultations with shareholders and major creditors of JSCB Peresvet in order to determine the future prospects for the credit institution’s activities,” the press service of the Central Bank said.
The bank's shareholders are: Russian Orthodox Church (49.71%); another 24.4% belongs to Expocentre CJSC, which is controlled by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation; Chairman of the Board of Peresvet Alexander Shvets owns 12.7% through Soglasie LLC. The remaining 13.2% of the credit institution is divided between the Vnukovo-invest company (1.7%) and the following individuals:ex-chairman of the bank's board Viktor Litvyakov (4.97%), Lidiya Makeeva (4.50%), and others.
"Exotic" collaterals
Fitch's assessment of the balance sheet "hole" is partially confirmed: in early October, the company issued a press release in which it indicated the results of a random audit of the bank's clients. It showed that only a hundred clients of Peresvet were issued at least 12 billion rubles in “high-risk” loans - that is, loans for which the bank had practically no collateral, and the borrowers themselves had no assets.
As the agency itself noted to Life, unlike the Central Bank, the company does not conduct a thorough assessment of collateral, therefore it includes only the most egregious cases as “high-risk”. The total volume of corporate loans in the past six months amounted to 135 billion rubles and several thousand clients.
But the real problem with Peresvet’s collateral is demonstrated by Interfax’s SPARK database. From January 2014 to October 2016, only 103 collateral agreements were included in the collateral register (after all, this does not include mythical “lease rights,” but real assets), of which 53 turned out to be in default. Thus, we can conclude that “exotic” collateral accounts for the majority of the bank’s loan portfolio.
Among these defaulters was the Chilingarov family, which, judging by social networks and other open data, has no relation to the Russian oceanologist, special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for international cooperation in the Arctic and Antarctic. They took out a loan of tens of millions of rubles to purchase luxury cars BMW X6, Mercedes-Benz CLS 350, Mercedes-Benz E250, which, judging by the register of pledges, they could not service. But the cars themselves, obviously, do not exist and are not expected to.
This example shows the quality of the bank’s work at the stage of analyzing the borrower: back in 2012, the National Association of Builders (NOSTROY) declared Vera and Asya Chilingarov fraudsters, who, thanks to their sonorous surname, “led him by the nose for almost two years, without paying either entrance or membership fees” .
Among the same defaulters was the singer, former soloist group "Tutsi" Irina Ortman, who purchased a Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid (costs from 3 to 6 million rubles) with money from "Peresvet". She took out the loan in 2014, when her first solo album entitled “Plagiarism” was released. Although the loan was taken out before September 2014, the collateral agreement is still in effect, which means the loan has not yet been repaid, and neither the car nor the money have been returned.
It was not possible to contact Chilingarov’s namesakes and Ms. Ortman yesterday.
Temple machine
Individuals, as Life’s source says, took out bank loans no less exotic than legal entities.
“Apparently, the following scheme was widespread at the bank: a client (or perhaps an employee of the Russian Orthodox Church) took out a loan, bought property with it, for example, a car, and transferred it to a church or diocese,” says a source close to the leadership of the Central Bank, familiar with situation in "Peresvet". — The loan was not given, and the bank was “picturing” an endless restructuring of the default loan.
According to Life's sources, problems at the bank began in the summer: then the Central Bank considered the option of reorganizing the bank and even allegedly sought advice from three large banks, but no one seemed interested in this option.
“All assets pledged in Peresvet can only be of interest to the Russian Orthodox Church,” they say at the Central Bank. “That’s why there’s no one willing to sanitize it.”
“In principle, this situation has existed in the bank for quite a long time,” says a source close to the leadership of the Central Bank. — However, until 2015, this was resolved by a call from the Central Bank to shareholders, who “added” money to the capital. But this scheme has not been working for more than a year, despite promises from shareholders to make new injections.
And while the bank lent primarily to companies associated with shareholders, it accepted deposits from the largest Russian companies. Since 2012, the bank has managed to attract a significant volume of deposits from state-owned enterprises or companies under state control. In particular, among the bank's clients, the media named Transneft, subsidiaries of Russian Railways, Gazprom, the Housing and Communal Services Reform Assistance Fund, and various energy companies. As of October 1, 2016, the volume of funds from corporate clients exceeded RUB 77 billion.
The volume of deposits is also significant individuals. At the same time, there is a high proportion of citizens who invested money in the bank that significantly exceeded 1.4 million rubles, which fell under insurance. Of the 22 billion rubles of individual deposits, only 5 billion rubles are insured, notes Life’s interlocutor, who is familiar with the state of affairs at the bank.
Accordingly, all this may turn out to be the sum of possible losses in the event of a bank collapse.

The Peresvet group of companies is ceasing its activities within the framework of the Megapolis residential quarter project in the Moscow Novokosino district, the Vedomosti newspaper reported on November 29, citing two sources close to the project participants.
According to the publication’s interlocutors, Promsvyazbank may become a new investor in the residential complex.
A representative of the financial organization said that the bank is already a financial partner of the project, the PSN group is acting as a consultant, and the owner is the NDV-real estate company.
“We remain co-investors in the project, and our partners in it are Promsvyazbank and Expert Group of Companies,” confirmed the general director of NDV-real estate, Alexander Khrustalev, adding that the company has already invested approximately 4.5 billion rubles in the housing complex.
An employee of NDV-real estate emphasized that the Peresvet group is no longer a co-owner of Megapolis,
and Promsvyazbank, which was at the site initially, “increased its share to full management of the project.”
The reasons for the withdrawal of the Peresvet group from the housing complex project are still unknown.
Earlier it became known that Peresvet Bank, whose main shareholder is the Russian Orthodox Church, used “gray” schemes in its activities, bypassing the Central Bank, for example, when concluding a deal with Alfa Bank.

Career.
In 1995, he became one of the main founders of the private company Peresvet-Invest. At first, the company was engaged in providing real estate services, but over time it grew into a full-fledged construction organization that provides a full range of development services. In 1999, Oleg Valentinovich was elected to the post of General Director of the closed joint stock company Peresvet-Invest. For more than ten years, he has been successfully coping with the responsibilities of the head of a huge company, and has developed his own principles and corporate work standards for each employee. And the whole point is that he has been studying the philosophy of the East for a long time, and strives to apply it in his practical experience. He is a member of the Russian-Chinese Business Council under the Government of the Russian Federation, dealing with issues of attracting foreign investment.
The Tverskoy District Court, at the request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, arrested Oleg Pronin, co-owner and general director of the development group of companies Peresvet-Invest. He is a suspect in a criminal case of fraudulent theft of more than 300 million rubles from Peresvet Bank. and taking them abroad. Together with Mr. Pronin, the former president of the Peresvet bank, Alexander Shvets, who is now abroad, is involved in the case.
Oleg Pronin was detained by police at Vnukovo airport, where he flew from Belarus last Saturday. The Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow suspects him of fraudulent theft (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) from Peresvet Bank of 330 million rubles received as a loan to Atrom LLC. The company, the actual head of which the investigation considers Oleg Pronin, was part of Peresvet-Invest.
The money, according to the operatives, was converted into foreign currency and transferred to the accounts of a Cypriot offshore company, which was controlled by the same Oleg Pronin. The bank loan expired two years ago, but the money was never returned. The former president of the Peresvet bank, Alexander Shvets, and “unidentified persons” are also involved in the case. When petitioning the Tverskoy court for the arrest of Mr. Pronin, the investigator said that the suspect could hide from law enforcement agencies, like his alleged accomplice Shvets.
The prosecutor did not support the arrest request, citing the fact that there were no grounds for arrest, since the suspect himself returned to Russia. This was confirmed by Mr. Pronin, who said that he learned about the claims of law enforcement agencies by telephone from an investigator. According to Mr. Pronin, he immediately returned to his homeland to come for questioning at the Main Investigation Department on Monday, but they were waiting for him at the airport. “Peresvet is the largest developer, thousands of apartments need to be delivered, and if I am arrested, problems may arise,” said Mr. Pronin.
“Peresvet-Invest” was ready to post a deposit of 10 million rubles, and the suspect’s ex-wife was ready to provide her apartment where the entrepreneur could be under house arrest. However, the judge of the Tverskoy District Court decided to send the entrepreneur to a pre-trial detention center,
Let us remember that at the end of 2016, Peresvet began to have financial problems. The Central Bank called the policy of the credit institution high-risk and questionable, introducing a temporary administration in it. In 2017, it was decided to rehabilitate Peresvet, the hole in the capital of which the Central Bank estimated at more than 103 billion rubles. The bank's rehabilitation is being carried out with the help of RRDB, a bank controlled by Rosneft. Employees of the new Peresvet administration began to deal with the dubious transactions of the previous management. During a large-scale audit, facts of numerous financial irregularities and outright theft were revealed, among which was the episode with the Atrom loan, in connection with which a statement was made to law enforcement agencies.
According to some reports, Oleg Pronin believed that all claims against him were dropped after the Central Bank began reorganizing Peresvet, closing the hole that had formed in it. At the same time, he allegedly stated that one of the former leaders of Peresvet, who is now abroad, was most likely involved in the thefts, if there were any.
Kommersant's sources note that Peresvet-Invest, which was one of the largest developers in the capital, currently unites several dozen borrowing companies from CB Peresvet, and the total amount of their debt can allegedly reach 54 billion rubles. At JSCB Peresvet, Kommersant was unable to promptly comment on the situation, promising to do so later.
